BCCG does not offer a single standardized online application form, as construction projects differ substantially in scale, complexity, duration, ownership structure, and regulatory requirements.
Applying a uniform application process across all project types can result in inefficiencies, incomplete submissions, and avoidable delays.
To address these challenges and improve clarity for applicants, BCCG provides a streamlined application access portal that directs builders and developers to project-specific application materials.
Through this portal, applicants select their project type and download the corresponding PDF application packet. Application packets are available for the following project categories:
- Tier-1: ($5,000,000 – $100,000,000 project size) Small-scale, short-term residential projects (Built for Sale) like small residential subdivisions, townhome communities, and attached or detached housing intended for resale upon completion.
- Tier-2: ($100,000 – $5,000,000 project size) Small-scale, short-term single-family projects (Built for Sale) Single-family new construction and fix-and-flip projects.
- Tier 3: ($200,000 – $10,000,000 project size) mall-scale Built-to-Rent residential and multifamily projects, focused on developing long-term income-producing properties including duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, and comparable small multifamily developments.
- Tier-4: ($10,000,000 – $100,000,000 project size) Large-scale Built-to-Rent residential and multifamily projects, such as apartment communities and townhome rental developments, structured for long-term ownership, phased delivery, and professional property management.
- Tier-5: ($10,000,000 – $100,000,000 project size) Large-scale income-producing commercial and mixed-use developments, including office, retail, industrial, and self-storage assets, structured for long-term hold and operation.
Each application packet is tailored to the project’s scale, timeline, and ownership strategy and includes a detailed underwriting and approval checklist outlining required exhibits, documentation, and third-party reports necessary for review and approval.
To get started:
- Complete the “Application Packet Request Form” (according to your project type) below and select the application packet(s) that match your project.
- The requested packet(s) will be emailed to you for completion.
- Once submitted to BCCG, your application will be reviewed and, if your project meets our internal pre-approval criteria, a financing proposal will be issued outlining the terms and conditions under which BCCG may underwrite and fund the project.
